GATFire is a family run business which has been designing, suppling and installing beautiful highquality eco-friendly wood burning stoves log burners, multi fuel stoves and fireplacesfor over 16 years.
We have built a reputation for providing customers with an outstanding service and exceptionally good value for money. This has allowed us to grow to become what is probably England’s largest specialist suppliers & installer of wood burning and multi fuel stoves.
We have supplied & install thousands of stoves, we have been trusted to supply & install stoves in locations as diverse as fourth floor studio flats, listed buildings, thatched roof houses, corporate head offices, five star hotels, first class airport lounges, celebrity mansions, and several stately homes.
GATFire is HETAS, OFTEC, SiA and ICO registered. HETAS and OFTEC are the only organisations that can legally certify the safety of an installation of a solid fuel burning stove in the UK. The SiA (Stove Industry Association) is a trade organisation which keeps manufacturers and installers of stoves aware of the latest improvements in technology that can benefit consumers. The ICO (Information Commissioners Office) regulates Data Protection to ensure consumer’s personal information is kept safe and secure. We are aware of no other supplier & installer of solid fuel burning stoves with more comprehensive registration credentials.
We offer a choice of over 200 different leading brand stoves. Our supplied & installed Stove Packages feature only top quality leading brand Ecodesign DEFRA approved stoves. Each of the stoves we offer has been carefully selected to represent the very best combination of performance, functionality and build quality available within their price category.
We are able to offer exceptional value for money without compromising on stove quality or the service we provide. We are able to do this because over 80% of customers come to us because previous customers have recommended us, so we spend little on expensive advertising and because we own our 7,000 square foot warehouse facility and showrooms, we do not need to pay expensive rent and we are able to buy in bulk from stove manufacturers and installation accessory suppliers at substantially discounted prices.
Our friendly knowledgeable staff are available in our showrooms six days a week or we can answer your questions and provide expert advice over the telephone. Alternatively, one of our experienced site surveyors can visit you free of charge to discuss your requirements, answer questions, take measurements and provide guidance on any undecided aspects of your installation.
Our experienced teams of HETAS and OFTEC registered engineers will carefully install your new stove to ensure it operates at optimum efficiency. Our installation engineers are committed to ensuring your installation is completely hassle free and meets or even exceeds your expectations.
We pride ourselves in the quality of service we provide, so all of our stove installations are covered by our 6 year workmanship warranty and our Public liability insurance which provides cover of up five million pounds. We also provide a truly comprehensive after sales service, so whether your stove was installed fourteen days or fourteen years ago we will still be available to answer questions and provide free advice for many years.

Our showrooms in Kent and Essex allow us to serve the Home Counties, London and most of Southeast England. We believe at a time of energy insecurity and high fuel prices, the benefit of lower running costs, low installation costs and the environmental benefit of using a fully renewable fuel source can only be provided by high efficiency solid fuel burning stoves.
